I had warranty work that needed done and my original person had left the company so a new person Tori helped me. She reviewed the case, did research and found a mistake as to the problem with my parts. She worked hard and was very professional. the correct parts were ordered and put on my jeep as should have been in the beginning. She did the best job and on the day and time that was promised. I was very pleased with Tori's efforts. She has a great professional manner with the customers. I just can't say enough good about her efforts. It was a great experience to do business at the Boardman location.

It was awesome that it only took one day to repair instead of the two that was planned. I also appreciated that parts and such were ordered and there so the repair could go smoothly as opposed to my car sitting with you while parts came in. Finally I appreciated all of the communication. It gave me peace of mind which was very nice. While I hope I don't have to come back I've found my go to car repair place. Thanks for everything.
