I want to THANK Don and Brian for the AMAZING job they provided after an accident. Anybody who has been in an accident knows how painful the process can be, even if there was no physical injury. The Team at Gerber made the whole experience less stressful and delivered on everything (and then some) the estimate detailed. Don listened to my concerns and was available anytime I had a question or concern...and he even provided updates via phone or e-mail daily. Brian made my car look as good as it did before my accident...which I didn't think would be possible. Everyone from the receptionist staff to the estimators to repair staff treated me with kindness, respect and concern from the minute I stepped into the building.
