I had a problem with a part on my car and was directed to Gerber by my car dealership. What a great experience I had. Everyone was very friendly. The repair was made to mt car in just a few minutes and at a very reasonable price. I will be telling other folks the good things about this business. Mike W. was the gentleman who took care of my car's problem and was very nice to me.

They went above and beyond on getting my Jeep transmission looked at after it leaked all the fluid out at bodyshop. This is a great shop and do excellent repairs. Hats off to everyone there.

When a tree branch fell on my car, my insurance provider gave me the name of some shops that they "recommended". I picked the one closest to my job in downtown Akron. Best decision I could have possibly made. Ed was the estimator and did a great job of walking me through the process of getting the estimate written up and letting me know what to expect. That was the key. He made the whole process very comfortable and set the expectation on the time frame for completion. But the real kudos are in line for Mike, a worker there who was in the office when I dropped my car off (again telling me the expectations and assuring me that everything would be handled with guaranteed satisfaction). I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the great job they did. The emails on the status of the repiar were timely and helpful. I had to call in for something, and they were very prompt in answering my questions. I received a call informing me that the repairs were done, but they needed to detail the vehicle, and they would call back letting me know when I could pick it up. I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle and discovered they detailed it inside and out. I did not expect the inside to be detailed. It almost looks as good as when I first bought it! I will definitely use them again, though I hope I don't have to. :)
