In August my car was in a bad accident and received great services from a Gerber location in Matteson, IL. Upon returning to Ohio with my vehicle in September I recognized two cosmetic parts missing and rear lift gate needed adjustments on my Ford Escape .Kellea W. and her team did a great job getting the appointment scheduled, rental car assistance, and excellent customer service. I still have her card, and would return for car care services.

I can't explain how happy I am that I decided to have Gerber repair my car. My son had recommended me to them, so I knew they did excellent work. However I was astounded by how well they were able to meet all of my expectations. I needed the car back quickly because of a family trip that I had been planning for months. Although they said that the repairs would not be done until the week after I needed to leave; they were able to complete the repairs early. Gerber did everything to make it possible for me to make my trip, and I am so grateful to them for that. On top of all that the car looks wonderful. I am very happy, and Gerber has earned a customer for life.
