This experience was amazing...best customer service I have ever seen. Everyone was nice and the communication was perfect. Maurice made sure that I knew what was going on every step of the way with emails and texts. He always had a smile for me....and when I picked the car up, not only was it repaired, but they had detailed the car inside and out! Top notch, will definitely return if ever needed!

I was recently involved in an accident in which the other driver was at fault. The accident caused damage to my rear bumper cover, multiple scrapes and a hole. Gerber was one of the available shops available through the other party's insurance. As my insurance was not covering the work, Gerber handled everything for me: preparing the estimate, submitting the information, and handling payment. The work was estimated to take three days, but Gerber finished the work in one day. It is nearly impossible to tell where my car was damaged; the paint match was that good. Gerber ensured pick-up went smoothly, too. Although I hope to not need repair services, if I do need them in the future I would not hesitate to give Gerber an opportunity to win my work. Further, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I got to Gerber not feeling to good because of what happen to my 2014 Dodge Ram, but my estimator Mike W. assured me that everything would be ok. Boy was he wrong!!!!! It was better than ok, it was fantastic. I was so happy of what there staff (Steve & Joe) were able to do, those guys did great work. ( The paint job looks better than the factory. ) Mike I would like to thank you and your staff for doing such great work. I would ("Wreck-ommen") you guys to anyone who needs help, lets just hope I don't need it again, but if I do, you're the only one i'm coming to..... GERBER ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

GERBER COLLISION & GLASS DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY 2014 CHEVROLET SONIC! RYAN D. DID A GREAT JOB WITH KEEPING ME UPDATED ON WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR AND WHEN. HE SET A DATE FOR WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE READY AND FULFILLED HIS GOAL. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE COLOR OF THE PAINT ON THE CAR HOWEVER, WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP IT LOOKED AS IF NOTHING HAD EVER HAPPENED TO IT. I recently had my Honda Odyssey repaired at Gerber Collision. At first the process was a bit confusing as the insurance company was being difficult. However, once the vehicle arrived at the shop; everything went very smoothly. I am grateful that Gerber Collision was on my side, and helped me to understand the process, and complete a high quality repair.
