"Initially when I found out that my 2007 GMC Acadia needed repair work due to a collision, I was going to take it to another shop I knew of. But one of my business associates recommended you because of his previous experience with "Barry"-one of your employees- from his time working with BMW. What a wonderful experience this has been! From the office coordinator "Dorothy" all the way through the repair process, everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional! You all kept me informed literally every step of the way! And you made special provisions for my handicapped sister and I ( I am probably one of your older customers!) so that our inconveniences were kept at a bare minimum! I dropped my car off on 10/22 and was told it would take 6 business days to complete to job.... I could have picked my car up on 10/26 but due to my work schedule could not get it until 10/28. Not only did my car look AMAZING it was done well before the expected date. I feel everyone went above and beyond what i expected. I am more than happy with my service I would in a heartbeat refer anyone I know to use your company! I am so happy with how nice my car looks, it looks brand new. I never thought I would appreciate my car until it was wrecked and having an amazing company fix it like new made me so happy! I just wanted to say Thank you. I dreaded the thought of trying to get my tail light repaired and the hassle it may have been. I was pleased to see there was absolutely no hassle at all. I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening and Wed morning recieved a phone call at 9:30 it was replaced and ready to go. Even more amazing was when I picked up my car and it had been cleaned again. I never expected this since it was a minor repair on a tail light under a warrenty. Everyone at Gerber deserves an A++ for the work you all do. Thank you so very much.

We picked up our Solara today and it looked beautiful. The whole process was very easy, and they kept us informed with phone calls and photos! The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I will come back here for any future repairs that may be needed. Thank you, everyone was great!

I am sending this email in regards to the customer service I received from Tony Stabile and Gerber Auto & Collision. The service was excellent. Upon my arrival at Gerber, Tony took care of everything for me. He handled all communication with the insurance company. He was able to take my car and start repairs immediately. He handled communication with Enterprise and was able to get me a rental car immediately. All repairs were completed on time and I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The estimate came in almost $1300 lower than an estimate I had received from another shop. Needless to say I was very satisfied with my experience with Gerber and Tony Stabile and will gladly refer others or return to this shop for any future needs.

We have used Gerber Collision in the past, and there is a reason we always come back. The car always looks great when we get it back. This time around they even buffed out some old damage on the passenger side of the car. I love my Toyota and I'm glad that I have a place that I know I can come to when needed. Great job Gerber!

I recently had my 2001 Lexus repaired at Gerber Collision. I was able to pick the vehicle up on a Saturday, and I was shocked. The vehicle looks GREAT! My car is yellow, and I have to admit I was worried that no one would be able to match the color. Gerber Collision was able to match it perfectly though. What a great job, I couldn't be more happy about the service, repairs, and overall experience with Gerber. They even took care of the rental return! Awesome job to everyone in Dublin!

Recently my daughter had her car repaired at this Gerber location.After the car was repaired there was some trouble with the airbag light staying on.Katie helped us get the car to a dealer to find what the problem was.when they could not resolve it ,my daughter took it to another dealerTthis dealer found out that the door that was put on was missing the sensor.While this was the fault of progressive insurance,the insurance company we had been dealing with,After contacting Katie she promised to help us get the problem resolved.She went above and beyond the call to help us.She and all of your staff did a great job helping my daughter with the problem.I have used Gerber in the past and will continue to do so in the future.Thank you again Sincerly Louis Pallante
