My name is Bill Owenby and recently had my 2012 F150 in his shop for repairs due to a tree branch incident. Tony made the experience very comforting, knowing that I would be in great hands during the process, as well as afterwards. As a new Ohio resident, we have not come across people who dedicate their efforts to customer service or pride in workmanship, let alone both. Tony was one of the few if not the only one who did both for my truck. I felt that his concern for my care was genuine and dedicated. I am 100% satisfied with my service there at Gerber Collision and if another situation arises, I know I have a 'go-to' guy named Tony.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. After my car was rear-ended, resulting in a crunched bumper and an out-of-alignment exhaust pipe, I was sent to Gerber by USAA. Once I confirmed with them that I would be taking my car to Gerber Collision, I promptly received a call from Gerber to set up a time to drop off my car. They were able to fit me in the very next morning, and a representative from a rental company was there to pick me up immediately and put me in a car. They finished fixing my car in a few days, and called several times to keep me updated. The work on the car looks excellent (you can't tell it was ever hit), and they even restored my headlights and installed a license plate frame, free of charge. There was some confusion about my deductible when I arrived—USAA had told me they would waive it, but Gerber's records ... showed it as still outstanding. The receptionist helpfully called them for me and the deductible was waived after all. Gerber did great work on my car, but their excellent customer service was what really sealed the deal. I would absolutely come back here if my car needs work again, and would recommend that others do the same. read more

My experience at Gerber was the best auto experience I've ever had in my life. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional, and friendly and made sure I was completely informed about what was happening and why. They completed the car before their estimated date, and when the car was ready for pickup, one of the technicians even came out, made sure I was happy, and helped me get the car seat out of our rental and into my car. I will never hesitate to insist that people go to Gerber for their repair needs.

About three weeks ago you repaired my 2002 Toyota Camry after it was broken into and vandalized. My wife and I were talking last night about the car and what a wonderful job you and Gerber Collision had done with the repairs. Since I picked up the car on a weekend, I wasn’t able to thank you in person and so I wanted to shoot you this email. We had just moved to Ohio from Rhode Island two weeks before, and you were recommended to us through our insurance company (Amica). While I hope I don’t have a reason to bring my car to you again, should any of our cars ever need any body work or repairs you will be the person I call first.
