Hello Dwayne, My car looks fantastic, and it's driving perfectly. I'm so impressed that it was fixed so quickly. You were so easy to work with, and very through. You really communicated in a way that put me at ease, and kept me up to date. I especially appreciated you staying a little late last night to accommodate me picking up my car at 6:15. That was wonderful, and made me very happy. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I can't think of anything that would have made it better (other than not needing my car fixed in the first place;-) Thanks for everything, Gerber is lucky to have you.

We had collision work done a few months ago. I had a brand new Ford Taurus with only 300 miles on it. They replaced the back bumper and it looks amazing - just like new. Very professional! They gave me a carnation when I paid the bill which was a special touch that you wouldn't get anywherelse!

Even with my 4-month old son there, it was a pleasant and easy experience thanks to your friendliness and speediness. For some reason the question you sent to me was lost without a response, but I do want you to know that I was more than completely satisfied with the performance of the staff at your Austintown, OH location. My initial visit on Wed., 08/28 was very helpful. Both the secretary/receptionist and estimator went out of their way to explain things to me in a way that I understood. The wait was minimal and I was made comfortable. The reception area was very clean and the secretary offered me coffee. I was able to take my car to be fixed on Tue., 09/03. They arranged for a rental car and everything went very well. They promise my car would be ready by the 09/11. They actually had it ready on 09/09.
