This is just a short note to thank you and your team for the superior service/restoration that you provided to me via my 2010 Toyota Venza last week at the 25 Green Street location of Gerber Collision & Glass. One of the benefits of having lived at a number of locations in and near Ohio (NW Ohio, South Bend, Indiana, Columbus, Ohio, Cicinnati, Ohio, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and now for 30 years in NE Ohio is that I have over the years been exposed to an endless array of car dealerships and repair shops and body shops. Your business is by far the best and not just because it was the most recent. You personally treated me well as did all of your office and back-office personnel (Dorothy and others) and, most importantly, the work was flawless and my car looked like a new automobile when I picked it up last Friday. Tony I walked out into a parking lot and almost didn’t recognize my car it looked so good! The work you did was great and the detailing etc make it a great surprise – car looks wonderful. My car was fixed in the amount of time I was told from the start. The car looks like it did when I first bought it, even smells like it too! Can't tell my car was in an accident other than the scratched license plate. Thanks for the wonderfully done job!

This service was actually done 4 my mother in laws car, a 2007 Kia Spectra.let me begin with this. The customer Svc at this location was stupendous, starting with the front desk where the lady there treated us with total respect and very attentive. Now 2 the young men who took us 2 the car b4 and after the car was repaired. They were very respectful and payed great attention 2 detail. The vehicle was done very quickly and the repair was very professional, overall it was a great experience excluding the accident itself, we were very satisfied with all involved. Hello. I just wanted to touch base with you regarding my vehicle and the work done at Gerber Collision (formerly True2Form). I picked up my car yesterday, June 19, 2013. My car looks amazing. They did a fantastic job and their service was TOP-NOTCH. It's not often that you receive red-carpet treatment at a body shop?! But I did. They helped facilitate my rental both when I needed picked up and when Enterprise came back and picked up the vehicle upon my return of it. Tony Stabile (copied here) specifically helped me upon arriving at Gerber both times...he greeted me...remembered me...and helped me with all of my things when I needed to transfer my work belongings from car to car...both times! Tony was also very knowledgeable about my case...he knew that the part needed for my vehicle would arrive that day...and that I'd probably be back in ... my own car very soon. EVERYONE was very kind...very polite...and very helpful during what can sometimes be considered a stressful transaction. My car was complete earlier than expected and was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. Usually when I have had to have work done on a car...I pick it up at a body shop...it's dusty, dirty, smells like grease...not in this case. My car looks brand new! Thank you for setting me up with Gerber Collision and you can be assured that referring there again is a good choice. read more

Sorry for the late e-mail, I meant to send this the same day, but just too much going on. Anyway, just really wanted to say THANK YOU for taking such great care of me with respect to my Cadillac. I know you could tell how much the car means to me. You did a wonderful job tracking down the parts that were needed and accommodated my every concern. You were very quick to return my phone calls and I really appreciate that! My husband and I were very thankful for letting us know that we needed a battery as well.
