We we very happy with the text reminders and the sincere customer service everyone gave. From the time we dropped of our vehicle on thru the final inspection when we picked up the vehicle, everyone was top-notch! Having to get a vehicle repaired, especially a hit-and-run like we experienced, was a little easier to accept once we seen the quality work that was performed. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service in getting my wife's car repaired Everybody at Gerber that we dealt with were helpful, friendly and informed. Our car was completed a day early and the work was done to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience at Gerber was excellent and we would certainly use them again although we hope to not be involved in any more accidents. Thanks again for turning a bad experience into a good one.

My name is Brian O'Flanagan. I brought my car to Gerber Collision on Friday May 3 after it was struck by an object on the road the prior day. The vehicle is about a year old with 15,000 miles on it. Needless to say I was concerned about restoring the car to new condition. From the very first phone call with Ben I immediately felt at ease. Ben was professional and explained each step of the process for repairs and also dealing with insurance claims. When I brought my car in, Ben and I went over the damages. He laid my fears to rest with a step by step process of what to expect. I knew then that this was the exact place I wanted my car to be. I just want you to know that your estimator Tony Stabile is a very professional in every aspect of his work. Clarence and I (Patricia) both appreciated his professionalism, his friendliness, his courtesy and knowledge. We are also very pleased with the work that Gerber did on Clarence's truck and were surprised that it was done as quickly as it was. Very very good job.

The professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy extended to me was exceptional. The repaired the damage to the vehicle (2012 Silverado) and did an excellent job. The estimator, Tony Stabile and location manager, Tom McElravy were both exceptional in their duties. From 1 to 10, I will rate them a 100+.

I just wanted to extend my appreciation for the quality and quickness of the repairs you recently did on my Hyudai Elantra. I have worked for several years in a service industry where under-promising and over-delivering are my compass. The fact that my car was completed almost a week ahead of schedule, and came back looking and smelling showroom ready, demonstrated your commitment to the same. When I picked up my car, I fully expected it to come back looking amazing on the outside, but to find the interior looking just as amazing, was a pleasant surprise. Hi Mike, I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all the time and effort you and all the staff at Gerber Collision put into the repairs of my little cavalier. The mechanics you have there are amazing and they did an incredible job at the repairs. I am in the beginning stages of recovery from my accident and I still have a ways to go, but meeting you all and the work that you all put into my car made this situation made me feel so much better. The staff there is so courteous I knew every step of the process as it was being done my case worker along with the office staff took the time to call me and update me of every part when it came in to when it was being painted.
