Sorry it took me a week to send this email. I wanted to again thank you and the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass for the outstanding service I have received every step of the way on the repairs to the bumper on my 2009 Honda Fit. You and Dan Hoover made the process seamless. When I picked my car up, I was so surprised (and pleased) to find that your employee Steve had detailed not only the outside but also the inside of the vehicle. He left me a nice note too. He did a better job than I had paid 100 bucks for! Thanks for a job well done.

What to say you're the man you're also very professional person. Down here in Youngstown on Mahoney Ave you took care of the car like it was a own the 1 st time. I'm too happy the way they took care of it there for the rear bumper repairs and not making sure the rear back up warning was on and you wasn't there at the Mahoney office. That's why I came up there in Warren because I know you were there and you took care of it from the second I got there to the last minute the job got done. Like I said your professional and made sure the job got done right. And everythkging look right plus the back up warning was working like it was your own vehicle. Thanks again

Gerry you did a fantastic job keeping me aware of what was going on with my vehicle. Every time I would call in with a question you would make yourself available to me. When I was waiting at Gerber Gerry asked me multiple times if I needed anything or if I would like coffee or anything which he showed great professionalism, in making sure I was comfortable. The car was definitely finished in a timely fashion which I truly appreciate. Also the car was returned to me cleaned and ready to go which I truly appreciate you washing the car for me. I am from out of town but if I ever needed anything fixed on my car I would defiantly bring it to Gerber.

"The car looks the same as when I drove it home from The Honda Store in December 2012. I really appreciate that there is no "new paint' smell in the interior of the car. Of special note is the exact match of the maroon paint. I've looked at the left side several times and there is not the slightest difference from the doors to the front and rear fenders. The fit and finish is identical the Honda Factory specifications. The auto-down feature on the driver's window is working fine now, just had to press it a couple of times. I might bring my other Accord in to get an estimate on repairing damaged paint."

Everyone I dealt with was professional. The repair was superb. My only suggestion is they kept sending the automatic updates to Mr. Swann and they should have been sent to me...."Mrs."...I think they used his name because he's the primary carrier on the insurance....however it was my car and I paid the deductible. no one else could have took better care of car or done such a great job. Brian is who i delt with and he was completely profetional .
