While we are not happy that we had 3 separate accidents in a six month period, we are very happy with the repair experiences at Gerber. We will certainly use Gerber in the future if needed and refer our freinds to your shop.

EMAIL: Mr. Berry, My son just had his car repaired by you through Erie Insurance. He has a 2005 Chevy Cobalt and his name is Thaxton Burrs. I just wanted to drop you guys a line to say I was very impressed with the level of service you gave him. He did not have to sit and wonder what the status was on the repairs as the communication was phenomenal! The repairs were top notch and you had the car looking brand new again! Even when there was an issue with the front drivers side headlight, you corrected it hassle-free and quickly. This type of customer service is non existent anymore and it is rare and unique.
