Your employees at Gerber did an excellent job on the repair of my vehicle. They were professional and very knowledgeable. The vehicle looked beautiful when they were done with it. There was a slight problem with the door latch when I got it home. I called Harrison. He knew exactly what was up and asked if I could bnring it in then. I couldn't but stopped by the next day and he had it taken care oif in less than 15 minutes. We have had vehicles at Gerber in the past and have been satisfied every time. EMAIL: You all fixed my Lexus RX a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to thank you for the great service. The car looks GREAT. Also, Katie mistakenly told me my car was ready the evening before I was able to pick it up. She completely rectified the situation, apologized multiple times, and even arranged for someone to drop the car at my house and drop the rental car back to Enterprise. She was extraordinarily helpful, and I wanted to ensure she wasn’t penalized in any way for the mistake with the car pick up time. I walked away with a great feeling about Gerber, and she was instrumental in that.
