They are very efficient and timely in their work in every way. Their paper work leaves no question as to what's going to be done, when it is to be done, and how much it will cost. Their work on my car has always been very satisfactory. I also find the staff their very friendly and helpful. They are honest and go out of their way to help their customers.

outstanding customer service and great work. My brand new truck was hit pretty good, and this company not only made it look brand new but they worked with the insurance company and rental company to ensure i was properly taken care of. The staff was exceptional. Song Bui did an amazing job and keeping me informed twice a week on the status of m vehicle. If he was away Shawn was there to answer any questions I had. Becky was also very nice in making sure I was well taken care of. Overall I give the service of the company an A+. Hopefully I will not have to return but if I do I know that I will be in good hands, Thank you again Song B. and the rest of the staff in making sure I was treated fairly and well informed!

The service I recieved at Gerbers was first class. My claim was some what difficult in dealing with Met Life, but the continued communication from Gerber Glass helped me realize that I was not forgotten . Gerber was very professional and helpful during the entire two month ordeal. Gerber not only cares about the vehicle they care about each driver and delivers personal attention. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

I was really surprised how quickly they were able to get my vehicle in! I was so thankful they told me about the option to get a rental vehicle as well. I would do business with them again and I may go back to have my hood repainted soon!

I can't say enough good things about this shop and the staff. I have used Gerber at least 4 times in the past 5 years and they have never let me down. Becky is always so friendly and helpful getting my service scheduled, calling for Enterprise to come pick me up, etc. Shawn and Song are both great to work with. Explaining what is going to be done, always setting reasonable expectations, updates throughout the process, etc. I will continue to use as well as recommend Gerber to my friends. Thanks to you all.

I only owned my car for two months before someone hit the rear of my 2012 Nissan Sentra. Their insurance, USAA, took care of setting up the claim appraisal with my local Gerber Collision of Owasso. I was very apprehensive with the whole process as this was the first time in 22 years of driving that I've had to get one of my vehicles repaired after a fender bender. Gerber Collision of Owasso helped to ease the tension with their great customer service, communications, and detailed explanations. To start with I work full time during the weekdays so taking a few hours off during a weekday to get an appraisal was not an option. We have been in to see Gerber Collision once in Oct 2014 and again in Jan 2015. Each time we received Exceptional customer service. We would get updates often about the progress of the car which was appreciated. We were told a time frame each time and they had the car ready way before they said it would be finished and every time the car looks fantastic! Tommie D. is who has helped us each time we've been in and he will step outside and go over what they did, what they replaced etc... He will stay and talk to us, ask any question we may have and will not leave until we are satisfied which every time we are... I am very grateful for the group of people working at the Owasso location. The guys working on the vehicles do a fantastic job and should be told that all the time.. Thanks again for everything
