I never had to wait and there was never a question as to what was going to be done and how long it would take. They also provided updates through the whole process. There service was outstanding. They even took me home after I dropped my vehicle off for repair ! They had kept me informed on the progress of the repair as well and I had forgot my coupon for the $100 dollar off my collision repair and they went that extra mile to get me one that I could use and not have to go all the way back home to get it !!! I would recommend Gerber to anybody who needs body repair they did a very professional job !

This was the 2nd time I have had to get my car fixed after an accident. Gerber not only did a great job but their staff was very courteous and prompt on everything. They gave me an estimte of how long my car would take to repair and it was done right on schedule.
