I had a very favorable experience working with Tommy D. @ Gerber Collision in Owasso, OK. He greated me very pleasantly each time I went to the dealership and was prompt in returning my phone calls related to my collision repair. He also provide sound advice on resolving my claim promptly through the other party's insurance provider. The repairs to my vehicle were fairly extensive as a result of my accident. The entire process of securing estimates, to ordering parts, to getting the repairs scheduled into production was seamless and done in a reasonable time period. The quality of the collision repair work is excellent. I would highly recommend Gerber's to any of my friends or co-workers.

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision. Estimator Tommie D. found a dent in our car that wasn't in the photographs he took when we brought it in. He had the dent repaired at no cost to us.
