Simply Outstanding. Best repair experience I ever had. The staff was very nice and the GM Shawn Weight looked after my car like it was his own. Really would never go anywhere else. USSA knows good quality work which is why they asked me to go there if it was ok. Better than ok by far. Thanks

I was highly concerned about my car and what was going to happen after my accident. Shawn and James specifically were kind, patient and very understanding. They put me at ease about my situation, from the first phone call, they were timely with information and the body work and internal work on my car was exceptional. Car accidents stink no matter what but this company and the employees could not have done a better job. I'm kind of picky and very involved with a lot of questions and not one time was I disappointed. I always felt better after I called them. So happy to have my car back- it is like it was never in an accident. Thanks again!!!

i left a bad review 13 months ago for the way I was treated and how they fixed my car....I had a new light burn out and had to go back, I m glad I did, I dealt with louise there in Claremore and it was such a breaze, so easy to deal with and VERY prompt, like a totally different gerber there in Claremore.. highly recommended and ask for louise!..will go back if I ever need anything done....

No hidden charges. Final bill was the exact amount as the estimate. I was informed of a coupon I could use since I was paying cash which saved me $100.00 dollars. Took the auto in on Monday morning and they thought they could have it finished by Wednesday but they were not able to finish it until Thursday but I received a call letting me know which I appreciated. The work looks good. I was informed as to the after care of the new paint. I would use their services again.

WOW, What a Super Job ! The car looked brand new when I picked it up, inside and out. I would Highly recommend this shop to anyone. I have spent 27 years working on Heavy Commercial Aircraft, so I know what quality workmanship looks like. Awesome ! Very friendly and a Super Clean facility.

On a scale of 1-10, I wouldn't normally give a 10 because I feel there is always room for improvement. But in this case, I would give Gerber Collision a 10 because they went above and beyond my expectations. They were prompt. They were very curteous. And I loved that they sent me texts daily with updates of the progress of my repairs. They called Enterprise Car Rental for me and had them there before they even finished my paperwork. Everything was so efficient. Even the mechanics in the back were polite and quick to give me assistance. I would definitely and HIGHLY wreck-ommend these guys!
