Had a pleasant experience working with Shawn Wright at Gerber! Everything went exactly as he said it would & he was quick to get me in & out! Was surprised to see they even washed my car for me!!! I want everyone to know that the Owasso location was excellent. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being exceptional, I would give them a 10 for service, friendliness, support....you name it. They kept me updated on every detail, was very proficient in details (paperwork & repairs) and made sure I completely understood every aspect of the process. Gerber Collision and Glass repaired my car in record time! They were extremely professional and were very friendly, courteous and helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and helping me provide a way to pay my deductible. My car looks as good as it did the day I drove it off of the car lot when I bought it. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. Thank you for all of your work and effort to repair the damage to my car and return it to me as fast as you did and still do such an excellent job!
