I've never experienced customer service like I did at Gerber. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and everyone was so incredibly polite and helpful. They gave me an estimate quickly, and when I brought my SUV in to be repaired they kept me updated on the progress. They did an outstanding job on the repairs and when I picked my car up they took the time to go over exactly what they did. They went the extra mile and vacuumed and washed my car and when I left I noticed they even filled it up with gas!! I could not ask for a better experience and will not take my car anywhere else. I will recommend them to anyone needing repairs done. Gerber is the BEST in auto repair and customer service hands down. The person I dealt with the most was Ron. Both Shawn and Ian kept me very informed on a weekly basis of the status of my car. It took almost 2 months to repair my car. This was not due to anything the staff at Gerber did or didn't do. The delay was due to the Hyundai dealership having challenges with installing the new bottom half of the engine. It took them 3 tries. I have had work done on several cars at Gerber/Craftsman. All of my experiences have been more than satisfactory. The fact that they were willing to pay my rental car expense once my rental insurance ran out, was way beyond my expectations. When I picked my car up, Ian walked me through all that had been done, provided me with the paperwork and showed me to my beautifully detailed car. I will highly recommend Gerber to my family, friends and coworkers. And, if the need arises, I will use Gerber in the future. Thank ... you for making such an unpleasant situation very bearable. everything was perfect from customer service to quality of work my car was done 3 days ahead of schedule I'm amazed I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone everyone I know and I would definitely return for any future needs I might have. The owasso crew was absolutely amazing

I was pleased with the entire experience at Gerber. James Shilling is a true professional. I was told the repair could take up to a full week. But, pleasantly, the repairs were complete in 4 days. As a claimant in our accident, I wasn't looking forward to the whole process of getting our car fixed. But, as unpleasant as something like this can be sometimes, it wasn't that way with Gerber. Gerber is a preferred shop for AAA, who had the insurance for the driver that was at-fault. That made the process very easy for me. I am in the insurance business myself. I have referred people to this shop previously, and will continue to do so. Good job.

No one wants to have a collision, but I was fortunate in several ways when it happened to me. First, no one was hurt; second, both vehicles involved were insured by Farmers Insurance; third, I was able to use a repair facility in the town I live; and fourth, the facility turned out to Gerbers. The people were personable, friendly, and informative. They told me what needed to be done and when to pick it up. It was ready on time, and looks as good as new. Very happy and satisfied with their service and I will recommend them to family and friends.
