We were so thankful to find a repair shop so close to home. Not only did we have a quality repair done on our car, but the customer service was outstanding. GERBER COLLISION WAS SO FAST ON PICKING UP MY VEHICLE AS IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE AFTER MY COLLISOIN, KEPT ME REALLY INFORMED ON WHERE THERE WERE AT ON REPAIRS. VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GERBER TO ANYBODY I KNOW. I WAS VERY SATISFIED OVERALL. EXCELLENT PLACE TO HAVE AUTO REPAIRS DONE.

I just wanted to comment on your Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location. They did an excellent job all around from their customer service to making my car look top notch when I picked it up yesterday. I was involved in an auto collision and the other parties insurance was nothing, but a huge pain, but when it came to getting the auto body work done, gerber was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to work with. They even put on my backseat cover that came off years ago, but never got around to putting it back on, and with no additional cost. Thank you Broken Arrow, OK gerber!

Working with Gerber was a very pleasant hassle free experience. We were very glad that we went with Gerber, USAA said that they worked with Gerber. The body work was very good and performed in a quick time frame. We would highly recommend Gerber.

The service at Gerber was excellent. They kept me informed at all points along the way, they were very open and honest. It was so easy to use them since Enterprise was right next door for the car rental. I can't believe something as bad as a wreck could have turned out so well! They were wonderful and the replairs look great. The manager was so professional at every turn. They worked well with Enterprise, so there was not any confusion about when I would return the car and I didn't have to make or return a lot of phone calls. They truely made it hassel free. I will definitely recommend the Owasso Gerber Collision to anyone who needs repair.

My car was towed to Gerber by my insurance company. My claim has not been settled yet and the car still sits at Gerber while I wait for my insurance company but I wanted you to know that working with Gerber and Rod Seago imparticular has been a really great experience. My car is a total loss, thankfully my son is o.k. I just can't get over how super nice everyone at Gerber has been and Rod went out of his way to keep me informed and has just been fabulous to work with. I will reccomend Rod at Gerber every chance I get and if I ever need anything for any of my vehicles that is where I will be going.

We had an excellent experience with Ron and the whole staff at the Owasso, OK location. I received regular email updates and the vehicle was ready on the date they quoted. My daughters vehicle came out of repairs looking better than it was prior to the accident. They even went the extra mile to clean the inside of the vehicle -- Don't know what they used, but it smelled great! If you unfortunately have a need for collision repair, this is definitely the place you should be.

It was a pleasure to deal with Ron Allen to get my car fixed. The car had damage to the front bumper, drivers side fender and hood from a deer strike. The repair process was very smooth and timely with updates several times a week until it was finished. I really appriciated the 5 day car rental that was given to me which really helped on the weekend between the 2 week repair. The repairs took exactly the amount of time the estimator told me.

This may sound crazy but since we purchased our Honda Odyssey in May of this year, this makes the 3rd time we have had the pleasure of working with Rodney at Gerber. Once again they provided outstanding service after someone backed into the front bumper of our van. It doesn't matter if the job is big or small, the end result looks better than new.
