OK - 11440 E 81st St N, Owasso - 10/16/12

Had a great experience & my truck looks like nothing ever happened to it. Gerber did an excellent job with putting it back to its original state. They even replaced the bug sheild which was damaged in the accident. Ron Allen was very accommodating & kept me up to date with the status of my truck twice a week. This is the second time I have used them & have been very pleased with the results both times.

Just wanted to provide my feedback. Ron and the people at Gerber Collision in Owasso did a beautiful job fixing my daughter's car. I especially appreciated the text messages keeping me up to date on the status. And the car was finished when they said it would be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed repairs.

The experience I had at Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow, OK was exceptional. They kept in constant communication with me on the status of my car and also helped me deal with a few insurance kinks I ran into along the way. They were at all times professional and kind in a sincere way; I was treated like a valued customer. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the body work, paint match, and also the extra bonus of having the interior cleaned with a better detail job than when I bought it used! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Awesome service right from the beginning. They called regularly with updates and had my car ready in about half the time they estimated. The work was top quality, and they even cleaned the whole car inside and out. Plus Enterprise Rent a Car was right next door, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
