Our brand new Toyota Corolla 2017 was damaged in a parking lot at the grocery store, leaving paint and scratches on the car and RICK came to the rescue from Orange Park location on Blanding. Had an auto collision back 10/07/2017, first place I thought of was Gerber Collision, as they have worked on my previous vehicle many years ago, and I admired their work. There was a wait period of almost a month for them to schedule me in, however they were worth the wait. Wendy Bernal was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She called and updated me twice a week, to inform progress with my vehicle. My 2014 Red SE Camry looks brand new, Know one would ever know it was in an auto collision. They are great and guarantee the work lifetime. I will keep them in mind for any future work, and highly recommend them.

Went in today to get a estimate on my Lincoln since my wife damaged the front end slightly. On of the guys came out to look at it. He was able to pop it back in place in like 5 minutes and did it at no charge. Ive had them do repair jobs for me in the past, but this type of service is why I will be returning in the future- my wife hit stuff alot?? and I'm sure to recommend them to everyone I know. My experience at Gerber was awesome. I was kept up to date on the progress being made and my repair was completed a day ahead of time. The paint on the new rear bumper was a perfect match and looked great. The estimator (Wendy) who handled my claim, kept me updated, arranged for a pick up from my house, and got me back on the road. I would certainly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to my friends and family.

Excellent workmanship. Had previous experience with this location and was willing to wait for repairs vs. going somewhere else. At time I took car in, I was advised it would be several weeks before they could get to it. Car was drivable, thus I was willing to wait due to my previous experience from this location with another vehicle.

We had an incredible experience at Gerber Collision! We worked with Wendy and found her to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We were leaving on vacation, but felt confident and comfortable leaving our car in Wendy's capable hands. Gerber sent frequent updates on the progress of repairs. We are very happy with Gerber's repairs! When we picked up our car, it looked brand new! The paint was flawless and there was no trace of where they had to weld a panel to the main body of the car. Great job! We highly recommend Wendy and Gerber Collision and will definitely use them for any future repairs we may need.
