I would like Tim O., to personally thank Steve L., and Mike W. to resolving an ongoing, frustrating dilemma that had been going on for the last two months, between an insurance company, and Gerber on Park Avenue, in Orange Park, Florida. They need to take lessons from the Blanding store. Bridgett implemented this resolution, by contacting Steve and Mike. They contacted Gerber on Blanding. Their Ms. Wendy B. took the reigns, and made all the requested arrangements, per Mike and Steve. She is a top notch customer service rep for your company, she as well needs a personal Thank You from Mike, Steve and Tim O.. Please extend my gratitude and to all. This is the third time I have used your services at this location. Your employees do excellent work. This time is no exception. Wendy B. is amazing she even called the car rental agency twice for me when they didn't show up. She went above and beyond when three weeks after picking up my car she helped me find out what the grinding noise was that I had been hearing for those three weeks. Through Wendy I saw two different mechanics and it was discovered that it was in my transmission and from the collision. I was in tears when I found out how much it would cost. I can't thank Wendy enough for all her help. I thank God and Wendy for finding out it was covered under insurance. I highly recommend your company to everyone I know. I want to say I had the BEST service at this facility! your Estimator, Wendy B, is such an incredible asset to your team. She took all of the stress away from an extremely stressful situation. My truck backed into someone else, who then right afterwards backed into mine, so there were 2 accidents within one, so 2 different insurance companies and 2 separate estimates were required. She handled the situation with such care and professionalism (which by the way, is RARE at any business these days). She not only kept me updated with any new information, she referred me to a convenient car rental place (when the one I had was not being cooperative). Ricky B. and his team at the blending location were awesome! Very professional and on top of the job. They immediately gave me updates and kept me in the loop of how the progress of my vehicle was coming along from the beginning while waiting for parts right down to the last moment my car was completed. I really appreciate them and their work completely! Although I was referred to them by the party at faults insurance if I ever needed to I would definitely use them again and I would gladly recommend others. They also informed me of how to properly care for my vehicles paint job for the first 30-90 days and that if I have any issues what I should do and how to reach them. Thank you all so very much you were a great help and did a wonderful job!
