The paint on the hood of my 2005 silverado had blistered and was flaking off. The remaining paint was fine. The gerber crew did a beautiful job on the hood and even touched up the few nicks and scrapes.

Wendy was the BEST, I was very upset had been wronged by another company before and decided to come to Gerber this time and also found out there was still damage unfinished from previous work from several months ago; she helped me through the steps with my insurance company to get the issues resolved on both claims to get this matter taken care of and made sure my car was fixed to the satisfaction a customer should get the first time around and not the run around like I had went through the last time! It was also my Birthday week and I had a meeting to go to and family coming into town and we had hold ups on Honda parts and she keep me in the loop on all matters, I felt always as ease with her; she was a Blessing!!! I really felt she went beyond CUSTOMER services. There are some people who just do there jobs and some WHO DO THERE JOBS and ... BEYOND and she is one of them. Went I went to pick up my car my daughter from out of town was there and met her and could tell also and she knows as a professional herself what I was talking about. I will tell everyone I know to come to Gerber Collision to have there cars fixed anytime and will pass the word along, Thank you Thank you Thank you and your team!!!! At first I was disappointed my 3hr bumper replacement had taken 7hrs! When my vehicle was finally ready my estimator Mike explained that the first bumper had a small flaw which he was not happy with so a second bumper was ordered thus the delay. I'm happy he did the bumper looks great worth the wait.
