I had the distinct pleasure in getting some minor scratch work buffed out recently at your center on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, by a person named Mike T. This gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me in fixing this scratch work on my two week old brand new Camry. I most certainly appreciated his concerns, and his quick response to my frustrating dilemma. I would highly recommend your service center, and especially Mr. Towns for any repair work in the future. My hats off to him. You definitely get 5 stars in my book.

I truly recommend this Gerber store for various reasons, first the person who was in charge by the name of Wendy B. gave me a full description of the job to be done , the time that it will take to be done and gave me a full orientation of how the insurance company will work on my case. My greatest surprise was the car was finish ahead of time and that it looks like before the accident in prime conditions. I will definitely if ever again have an accident will go back to this store and hopefully find Miss B. again.

I had been scheduled with another company in Orange Park to make repairs and they kept giving me delays on doing the work. I called Gerber, they scheduled me to come in the next day to get an estimate, contacted the insurance company and had the job reassigned to them, and then scheduled to get my SSR repaired for 2 days later. The job was fantastic. They also cleaned my truck and had it looking showroom quality. Wendy B.was fantastic. Because of her and the entire team there, I am taking in my other 2 vehicles to have minor dents repaired.
