I want to shout for Amanda N. she has Excellent Customer Service. Also her staff very friendly! When I bought my car in on Dec 9, 2014. Amanda greeted with a hand shake. She explained everything to me. Appox. I long will my car be in the shop. She said, 2 to 3 days. I got my car back Dec. 10, 2014. I was totally surprise.... I want to thank Gerber Collision & Glass. Totally satisfied, with all aspects of the Gerber experience. Wendy B. is very courteous, efficient, pleasant and did a great job in getting my vehicle back to me, ahead of schedule. Courtesy car drivers were polite and treated me like a lady. I would recommend Gerber to anyone and would certainly bring my own car back there, but hope I never have to!! Thanks to all of you. Your service was truly an enjoyable experience.

They did a great repair job. You can't tell anything was done. It looks like new. They were quick and let me know daily how things were going. Gerber is the best. I will use them if I ever need to again. I will gladly recommend my friends to them.

At the end there was a small misunderstanding when it came time to pick up and they went above and beyond to make me satisfied, and my truck looked amazing.
