USAA referred me to Gerber. Patrick and his team treated me with professionalism and sincerity from the moment I walked through the door. I received regular emails, telling me the progress of the repair. Gerber kept in touch with Enterprise, to keep the car return date in sync with the repair completion date. My 40th Anniversary Pontiac Grand Prix looks like a million bucks again, thanks to the Gerber team in Gresham.

The staff here and at Broadway are great. I've had to follow up and couple times which is why missing 1 star but they have taken care of my car right and I anticipate no further issues. Plus they warranty their work which is awesome.

Kevin and Kim were sooo helpful. They were able to locate a door that matched our 1998 Subaru...Our car looks like it had never been hit.j Swift and speedy work our car was back to us in 2 days. No painting was required because of the perfect match. Thank you so much. We will definitely refer Gerber to my friends and family.

Wonderful friendly employees. When quality was not up to standard, they requested my vehicle longer to improve and avoid problems later. Great communicators! Would definitely recommend!!!

I had my car in for a paint repair...took less then 2 days and my car was washed and cleaned inside! Great service. Will recommend!

I would never have guessed I would ever write a favorable review for auto repair but I am so pleased with the staff, the process and the work done on my Prius. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They took care of everything and kept me in the loop so I knew exactly what was happening. I even got an email telling how far along the repair was and an estimate for completion. It was spot on! The work was perfect and they even washed my car. You just don't get service like this anymore. They even have a K-9 greeter in the office that is as sweet as can be. Thank you so much!!!!

They did a great job. I had a great experience with Brent and his staff. Got my car in quicker then any other place I called. They did a great job on the window and even washed my car too. The thing that showed me that I came to the right place was on the day that I brought my car in to have the window replaced. There was some miscommunication and I was not put on the calendar. Brent was able to still get me in and when he found out my insurance didn't cover a rental for me and I would have to payed out of pocket he told the rental company that they were covering the rental for the 2 days that my car would be in the shop.

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Work was excellent--the car looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside before returning it to me. If I need their services again, I have no reservations about returning to this place of business. Their partnership with Enterprise leasing made renting/returning the car very easy.
