Call me a sap when it comes to my car, but I almost cried when I saw how radiant my car looked when it was finished. Thank you to Braxton and the rest of the family for caring for their customers and taking such pride in their work! Gerber of Gresham was the third place I went to get an estimate on re-painting my hood. I've had the car for ten years, and it needed it BAD. The other places told me I would need to replace the hood completely, but Braxton thought they could work with it. He also quoted me on some other things I had considered doing, & because I felt he knew what he was talking about & cared about my car and my business, I decided to get the whole front end done. Am I ever happy with it! Aside from quality, I appreciated the communication throughout, and the warmth from Stacy and Marty when I checked out. This whole company went above and beyond. My brand new 2016 pearl white car was hit. To say that color is hard to match is an understatement. Somehow they did just that. They made sure I was satisfied with my car. Not just well we got it close enough. Iam not an easy person I expect it to be perfect and that is what I got. So a very big thank you. I am extremely greatful. Special thanks for all the hard work it was worth the wait.

I called Ron after my first bumper repair place sent me into an emotion rollercoaster. I wasn't able to get a referral for a repair center so I picked one close to work. I will never go back, as I begged my Dealership for a referral and they gave me Gerber Collision and I will refer anyone who needs car repair. I backed into my garbage can and put a dent in my back bumper. I have always had my automobiles repaired at J&M and they have done a great job. I met Ron the general manager when he was at the Milwaukie shop years ago and he has always taken good care of me and I can trust the car will be repaired properly. I am pleased as always, the car looks great. I have USAA insurance, but since it was my fault I paid the bill. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I had to leave my brand new 2015 Buick Verano with these guys and for a month. To have my car completely repainted due to the factory paint job being ( contaminated).. There's a lot of work that goes into a total repaint... I have to say, I felt like they really went above and beyond. The finished vehicle was so much better than any factory paint job.. It almost felt more custom. In terms of the quality and feel..They're constant communication and follow through Were top notch. I would highly recommend them... I could not be happier.. If I ever need paint, body or glass done in the future, I will definitely come here... I gladly refer friends and anyone needing a good quality shop that will take care of them..

Thank you so much. Not only did they fix the damages of the accident I had been in, but even repaired the fog light on my car I had fall out 6 months ago. Braxton and all the people who contributed to fixing my car up are awesome :) definitely recommending this place to anyone I know who would need them.
