I just received service from Hector at the Orland Park location on 153rd, and I cannot tell the company how grateful I am for his genuine help. He went the extra mile, and I cannot thank him enough for his work. We now live in a time where people walk into a service place and do not even get a simple 'Hello' from behind the service counter. Not Hector. He looked up right away from his keyboard and made EYE CONTACT when he greeted me, as well got up from his desk to assist me. He really did go out of his way to fix my problem, and because of that, Hector instantly made my day a great one. Very pleased with the work done. I got involved in a car accident, in which the right front side got damaged. When I picked up my car after it got fixed it looked like new! Also they returned it in a very clean condition. My car is back to normal and working fine. The only thing I would've recommended is to make use of updates by text since I mostly had to call for updates. But otherwise very pleased with their job.

Is it possible to give 10 stars? The staff was so kind and efficient! They provided the epitome of customer service which is so rare these days. They even put back on my bumper which was hanging. I definitely recommend Gerber and this location. I live in Chicago but traveled to Orland Park to this location and it was well worth it. My car looks amazing! Star quality service!
