I am very glad that my insurance picked out Gerber to fix my vehicle. It was only 5 miles from where I was staying and being out of state made it even more valuable. I was greeted pleasantly and curtiously. I was taken care of at every turn of the process. I was kept up to date several times a day and was promised a completion date. They finished two days ahead of schedule. This was great as it got me back on track for my travels. The car not only was fixed to perfection, it looked almost new, inside and out. They cleaned everything top to bottom, even the tires. Great job! and a great big thank you to all who accomplished the job.

I was reluctant to go anywhere other than the mom and pop placed that I had been using for over 20 years. The owner and I knew each other's first names as well as the kids. But, they closed. Darreen R.at the Amelia Ave location of Gerber had huge shoes to fill, even if the work was done right. Well the work was done right, on time and under budget. Darren did a fantastic job keeping me informed and updated about what was being done and what was next and when each part would be completed. He told me about sending a part back because although it would have worked he would not put it on his car. There is nothing wrong with that standard and more businesses should adopt it. I would encourage anyone in need of auto body repair to use Gerber. My vehicle was picked up and returned in a very timely manner and the body work and paint were a perfect match. I received multiple courtesy calls during the process to inform me of the progress being made, and to let me know when vehicle would be returned to me. Amy performed with a degree of professionalism that is rarely seen these days, as did the rest of the Gerber team.

I had a great experience from start to finish! I have an Audi A4 and I came to Gerber very annoyed with my Audi dealership for the way they handled my situation. I've just had an all-star+ experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in repairing my rear fender after a car accident. Not only was the staff (Darren R. and office staff) extremely courteous, but they provided timely in-office service and a quick turnaround for repairs (looks like new). I also received excellent support from my insurance company (USAA), conveniently working with Gerber. Enterprise Rental picked me up at Gerber to take me to my rental car, which I then was able to return to Gerber. My experience could not have been better. I told the folks there that it was so pleasant, that it is too bad that I have to have an accident to visit them! You can't go wrong with a USAA-Gerber-Enterprise support system after an accident. Kudos team!

Very professional, thorough, and overall great job replacing my windshield. Ross, the gentleman that replaced the glass was excellent in explaining all that was done. I really appreciated the approach he and Gerber took, first he inspected the interior and exterior of my vehicle to record any blemishes already there. Then, he replaced the windshield at my work, called me when he completed, and then walked me through what all was done. He even took the time to remove my maintenance service sticker from the old windshield and applied it in the exact spot of the new one. The care, detail, and service provided was second to none. Thank you Ross and Gerber glass for the first-class work performed.

When I got my car back last Friday, it looked the same before I had the car accident the bumper looks brand new the color of the paint looks the same as the rest of the car! And the fact that get an update on my phone to tell me what they are about to do to the car that day and and an estimate on the car to when I'm going to get it back. So I was wasn't really worried about my car cause I felt that they know what they were doing, Lisa B. was very nice and understanding for these past two weeks.
