We have never been so pleased with a body shop in our lives. The front staff: Lisa and Tania are wonderful, friendly and very delightful to work with. The folks in the collision area did a fantastic job fixing the large ding in the drivers door and the damage to the front bumper from contact with a carport post. You can not tell that the drivers door was repainted or that any work had to be done to the car. We will recommend Gerber to everyone we know who needs body work done. The price and time were both very agreeable with us and we are extremely pleased with our overall experience. Thank you for having the wonderful staff who made this so easy on us both.

10 STARS for DARREN at this location. My first interaction with Gerber was Sept/Oct 2013 after someone smashed my left driver door of my Ford Explorer; Darren was terrific throughout that claim. Today, I had a small issue with my son's 10-yr old Jetta and Darren was able to assist me and with a smile on his face, a handshake and resolution of the issue within 15 min. I am a retired Children's Hospital Nursing Administrator and I was responsible for "Customer Service" there. I wish I would have had someone of Darren's caliber to assist families. Never let him go elsewhere!!! He is wonderful!!!

Excellent experience, I have had experience with other shops but nothing like Gerber Collision. My Service adviser Lisa B was top notch, greeted very professional to include meeting the workers that where going to repair my vehicle. Ive never been in an accident before so i wasnt sure what to expect but gerber collisions staff at this location just went above and beyond my expectations. It was one of those moments in life you cant say thank you enough. My car looks great they even fixed an issue that didnt pertain to the incident but was in the same area, they also tried helping me out by saying they would stay later to make sure i got my car that same day they were done. It was a great customer service experience and i will definitely return if i ever need any work done and will recommend gerber collision. To the great and friendly staff thank you!
