Initially had by car repaired on 2/4/14, and my experience with your employees at the Amelia st location was fantastic. Mr D. R. was the consumate professional from start to finish. Well just when you think it can't get any better, it does, I knew my rear passenger side seat folded prior to my 2011 Ford Fusion being rear ended, when i picked up the car i neglected to see if it folded, on 2/27/14 i called and spoke with Mr Ranstrom who advised me to bring the car back. On 3/3/14 I took the car back, Mr R. took the time out of his day to repair the damages on the spot, i work for a compaant that employees over 1000 people, believe me when i say i will certainly spread the work about the awesome service one get at GERBER>

I am a retired member of the USAF, spending over 23 years at various locations throughout the United States and Europe. I currently serve as the Safety and Security Manager for Aspire Healthcare. We employee over 1000 people in central Florida. I met Darren R. (Estimator) on 1/27/14 when i was asked by the USAA adjuster to take my car to the Amelia street location for an estimate.It is not often you meet someone like Darren, from start to finish he makes you feel like royalty, he was extremely knowledgable, full speed ahead attitude an attention to detail was second to none.He delived as promised an much more. This Gerber location was amazing! My car was broken into, stereo stolen and my center console along with my door handles were broken. It, needless to say, was a crappy situation to be in - especially with the holidays right around the corner. From the moment of the first phone call the staff was very sympathetic and helpful to my troubles. My estimator was incredibly friendly and somehow managed to make this poor situation a pleasant one. When I went to pick up the car it was amazing!. Not only was everything fixed, but it also looked as though they had washed and vacuumed out the car. I was so thankful I couldn't help but to hug my estimator. So thank you to this location, showing some amazing customer service and care even when they were stuck working Christmas Eve. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

I took my care in to have the front bumper repaired on my Honda Accord. I dropped my car off on the morning of Wednesday, 12/11. My car was ready in less than 2 days, and I was able to pick it up on the afternoon of Friday, 12/13. This was much quicker than I was expecting. Manny R. was the associate who assisted me throughout the process. Manny, along with the rest of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The quality of work the staff did on my car was second to none. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. If I ever need glass or auto body work done to my car in again, I will certainly bring it back to this location and I will also recommend Gerber to anybody in need of glass or auto body repair in the future.

I want to thank Lisa Braswell and the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass for such a tremendous, tremendous customer service experience. She was prompt, professional and courteous. Not only that, after removing the bumper scheduled for repair, hidden damage not revealed to me at the time of purchase by the Auto Dealer was discovered and Lisa contacted me immediately. She also provided with pictures of the damage as I prepare to confront the Dealer. I appreciated the manner in which it was handled. When I picked up the vehicle, the work was fantastic! Outstanding job. I couldn't tell that there was any damage plus the car was returned to me clean. On March 2013, my Honda Accord was rear ended and my insurance company had emailed me a list of repair centers, but I was hesitance to take my car in for repairs due to a prior experience with the Recovery Room in Winter Park. The Recovery room could not match the paint on my Honda Accord. So, I has been postponing the repair on this new bumper damage. Finally I decided to take the car for repairs and I first went to check out the place. Gerber in Amelia-Orlando, I met Keisha and Fernando. I was surprised that Fernando came in with a camera and proceeded to take pictures of everything and told me that he will order the parts and will submit the paperwork. In the middle of all of this I was lucky enough to have Lisa, from your location on Amelia Street in Orlando, FL, help me with the car repair portion.
