My 2016 Honda Civic had both passenger side doors severely dented after another vehicle collided in to me on the interstate. After calling Gerber I was promptly set up with an appointment within the next few days and worked with Amy Feltus on my estimate. She was very personable and great to work with -- she consistently kept me updated over the two week repair period about the status of the repair. I want to also thank the auto body repair technicians for their great job, the car looks just as it did before the accident.

I'm very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. The parts were replaced with OEM parts. I wouldn't have been able to tell there was any accident. Amy F., the estimator, was very pleasant, warm, and genuine. She treated me less like a customer and more like a friend, showing a human interest in my vehicle's care. I just want to let you know that Amy F. is an amazing employee/person/ customer service representative. She provided EXEMPLARY service, she was polite, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable.
