Service and work was excellent! Cannot say enough good things about how professional the staff was (specially Amy F who was my contact person - she was amazing. She was so great and thorough that at one point I asked her if she had an ownership stake in the business. She took care of my vehicle as if it were hers). The entire experience from beginning to end was great. I have to say the reason that this happened was entirely due to the person who I was working with at your facility. Her name was Amy F. she was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, polite and even pretty funny. Most importantly I thoroughly appreciate her attention to detail. At one point I even asked her if she was part owner of the shop bc of how invested she was in the repairs being performed. The repair looks amazing and my experience was great. Thank you!!!
