I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the Kirkman Road shop. Rebecca in particular was an enormous help, walking me through the process and keeping me informed on a regular basis. Having never filed a collision claim or dealt with the ins and outs of insurance claims and liability, I was deeply appreciative of the patience and helpfulness Rebecca showed as she walked me through the process, right down to getting a rental car while ours was in the shop. She was just amazing - helpful, pleasant and patient as a saint! The car was finished a week ahead of schedule and looks great. I would absolutely recommend your service in the future, and will even refer them to Rebecca by name. Thanks for a great experience!

I had bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger about 6 weeks ago. I ended up banging the left door pretty badly. I took it to the Gerber at 420 N Kirkman, and Kyle gave me an estimate. I decided to get it fixed at this location. Gerber replaced the door and repainted it. I thought it looked good, but Kyle told me if I look closely enough, I can see some minor discoloration. I couldn't even notice. But Kyle said since I've only had this car for such a short while and it's a nice car, he said it needs to be perfect. So he said they would repaint it completely and Gerber would agree to eat the cost. I truly appreciate Kyle's honesty to tell me the truth that the door could have painted better. My car got fixed and was back to brand new.....Until a week later when I got a scratch all along the right side door. I took my car back into Gerber to see what ... they could do. They didn't even need to do this, but Josh, the painter buffed it out and washed it and wiped down the whole side for me. Josh and Kyle really went above and beyond for me and I'd take my car back to this Gerber if anything ever happened again. Great customer service and great care. read more

Gerber collision and glass did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper. It only took a day to actually install the bumper but they took the extra time and care to wash and QC my car. They made sure I had a rental car while they worked on mine. There customer service was above and beyond. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in there hands. They explained everything very clearly and made the entire process simple. I will most defiantly be coming back (If I ever need to).
