In 2012, Gerber transformed my car, mangled in a rear end collision, to showroom new. I have been singing Gerber's praises ever since the care your technicians put into that repair. It was an amazing job. I have had to call on your Kirkman store 2-3 times since the accident for other minor jobs and every time, the work has been cheerfully and professionally done -- while I waited! Customer service can be a lost art nowadays but Gerber restores my faith in service and quality workmanship.

General Manager, Michael H was very professional. Mr. Hernandez explained exactly was was going to be done and my car was ready ahead of the estimate. I would highly recommend this location.

Brittany has to be the most friendly customer service tech. She makes me feel so relaxed in stressful situation. The office shows concern and explains everything and follows up consistently. They arranged for rental car pick up and drop off. They totally rock!!! I would only use this office for any and every problem I have w/ my car.

Everyone at this location is professional, welcoming and they go beyond to help. Britney is a very sweet young woman that makes you feel like you are at home as soon as you walk in the door. When I had problems with the car rental place they immediately took care of the problem for me. The work on my car was also down well...I am very happy with this company ...I would highly recommend them and would know in the future that if I was in need of any work I would go to them.....Thank you guys :)

Being in an accident is awful at any level. From the moment of contact with the ladies @ Gerber until the time of pick up was an amazing experience! The staff is genuinely concerned making me a 100% satisfied customer. My vehicle looks amazing and I appreciate the constant contact/updates I received through the entire process. I would recommend Gerber on Kirman Rd. to anyone!

Excellent service from Mark and his team through reliable updates during a 5 week repair, friendly and personal people throughout the whole shop, going out of heir way to please us. While we hope to never have a need for collision repair again, we would definitely bring our vehicles to this particular shop again, any time even though there are 3 other Gerber locations on our way to them. Thumps up!

This is the second time I have used them this year (unfortunately!). both times the service was excellent. They are so professional, nice and efficient. They kept me informed as to what the status of my vehicle was and called me as soon as it was ready. the car looks fantastic. As you can see I went back a second time and the second time I didn't go through insuracne so yuo could say I liked what they do and the servicce.

The service I received here was amazing! Brittney handled each call professionally and puntcual, this was my very first fender bender and Im not from FL so I was feeling so lost on what I was going to do for transportation, Mark was able to rent me a vehicle which took a huge load off my shoulder. As a single mother too this meant so much. I will HIGHLY reccommend Gerber Collision and Glass!
