I was involved in a hit and run accident the night of May 26,2015 at Universal Orlando's Resort Cabana Bay Beach Resort that had me stranded in Orlando with my two girls two extra nights then I had intended on staying. The next day my local State Farm Agent here in Alabama referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass on LB McLeod Rd in Orlando, Fl. They were awesome Nybia M ,Willie R (Manager) were the Best they got my 2015 Hyundia Sonata rear end repairs fixed in a few hours and I was on my way home to Alabama late that Friday night. Excellent service, friendliest staff. It was my very first time in an accident and going to a repair shop. They walked me step by step in what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I had a great experience with them. I also loved the text messages that informed me about the status of my vehicle. 5+ stars with VIP treatment. Definitely would come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that the computer system send me a text to tell me that my car was ready. The body work was completed but they needed to detail the car. The staff clean up the car as fast as they could and I was appreciated of the effort.

The workers there are so great! They try to help you in every way they can; very kind and generous! Especially Denise D. who provided us with great help as we were on vacation at the time. My wife said she felt like this woman was like an angel sent from heaven, she had no obligation to help us out with several things and yet she did. They did an excellent job too, thanks to their repairs we made it home safely; thank you so much!
