All my experiences here has been great but Carl ( I hope I got his name correctly ) is outstanding! He's absolutely patient with my lack of car knowledge making sure I get exactly what I needed. He's knowledgeable in what he does. Dealing with car maintenance can be intimidating but he's genuine and approachable making it feels like a friend explaining car stuff to a friend. What a true gem of an employee you have!

I would like to thank you, Ms. Denise, Mr. Valencia along with the whole automative team for a wonderful experience! When I walked through the doors for the first time and saw the professional decor, it was appealing. It is the norm when seeing such a setting, the people are polite, helpful and try to be efficient. But, I was not prepared for what I was about to happen at Gerber. I experienced a level of genuine friendliness, kindness, caring, coupled along with experience, knowledge and expertise! Ms. Denise guided me through the paperwork. And both of you went the extra mile to help with my car rental woes. You ladies are top notch hands down. Mr. Valencia, your attention to my car lead me to believe I was getting a fair professional assessment and felt comfortable/confident with your findings. You too were kind, friendly and caring! ... Your facility has my vote of confidence and rates #10's across the board! I hope you will pass this communication onto the Corporate Office so that they can know and understand what an excellent job you all are performing. Having your vehicle in need of repair can be an unsettling experience, all the paperwork and questions to ask. During the service, they kept me informed at all times of the status of my car. Enterprise did a great job, however, even after giving them an exact time to pick me up, they were one hour late.

Our 2012 Toyota 4Runner was involved with a minor incident and required repairs to the aft RH side. I would like to take a moment to thank you again for fixing the front grill on my Mazda 3 yesterday afternoon after a piece of debris had knocked it out of line. I appreciate your customer service of not charging me for the work you did. I realize it only took a few minutes of your time, but it really meant a lot to me that you did it for free. It put me in such a good mood and actually restored my faith in humanity a bit.

Just wanted to let you know of my great experience with George and Denise. My initial call to your business was handled professionally and I was quickly instructed as to what I needed to do...first getting a quote from Gerber and then getting with an Allstate claims adjuster before returning to Gerber to get the work done, if that is what I chose to do. I drove right over and met with George, who expeditiously wrote up the quote, which I then took with me for the Allstate guy a couple days later. George told me that if I had the work done there, he could get me in Monday morning and only needed 3-4 days. He also explained what would be done in great detail, which was most helpful. So, it went down just as described. George called me on day 4 around noon and said I could pick the car up after 3pm, which I did. The car was repaired exactly ... as George had described and was washed and vacuumed, as well. We walked around the car together, I endorsed the Allstate check over to Gerber and was on my way. Both George and Denise are both obviously extremely customer focus oriented, which was evidenced at every point of contact, phone or face to face. Just wanted to let you know....and if I ever need another repair (nothing personal, but hopefully not) or have an opportunity to refer one of my friend, I will not hesitate to do so. read more

I just wanted to tell you that I had a great experience with one of your shops. I got into a fender bender with my 2006 Chrysler Sebring and had my car repaired at your 5530 LM McLeod Rd location. Everyone was really nice and George was very informative on what was going to be done with my car. After the repair he took me through all the things that they did and explained throughly which was nice. My car came back looking amazing and as if nothing happened. The car wash was also a very nice bonus. I really enjoyed my experience and would gladly recommend others to take their cars to your shops.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I just had one of the best experiences with a collision repair business. My car was stolen and recovered last Saturday. USAA recommended that I use your LB McLeod location, as it is very close to my home. I was lucky that the only real damage was the ignition, as it was punched and hot-wired (I guess.....not really up on that kind of stuff - never done it myself - hehe) Anyway, I had my car dropped off on Monday morning and picked it up this morning. Great service by your staff at this location, especially George. He has a very nice personality (which is vital when stuff like this happens) and made me feel comfortable. If I am ever in need of more repairs......I will definitely use your services. Thank you for your time and have a great day!
