Brittany and Darren couldn't have been more accommodating in getting my minivan fixed a couple weeks back. I am not the easiest of customers to deal with but Brittany handled everything with grace and extreme professionalism. I am hopeful not to need any body work in the near future but I won't hesitate where to go (and where to recommend others) next time. Thank you both for a job well done!

Darren did an amazing job on my car . The staff is really friendly as well. I just moved to Orlando and finding an auto body shop that you can trust is hard. But as soon as My husband and I met Darren we knew my car was in good hands. Thank you. I highly recommend this location .

I was blown away by the customer service, and the professionalism of everyone involved, but especially DARREN R. He was always very curteous, and explained to me the whole process, so I could understand every step of the process. He also made sure that I was up to date on the time it would take, and met every deadline.

I had an AMAZING experience with the Gerber Collision crew! Darren is a good man, he told me what they were gonna do and they did just that, I was told I would get updates twice a week and that's exactly what I received. When I first called I had NO idea of what I was doing and Brittany at the front desk assured me that they would take care of me and that everything would be okay and it was. She is super, super sweet. Not to mention the EXCELLENT job they did on my vehicle it was like I got her brand new all over again! Thank you, Thank you Gerber Collision for making my life stress free and would definitely be back (I hope not in that situation) but definitely be the first people I recommend for someone else in need.
