The customer service was very professional. I work in guest service industry for over 20yrs so I notice way to much. I received phone calls telling me the progress (communication is key). My car was finished very quickly and the paint matched which probably was my main concern. The only thing I noticed since I only had one headlight housing replaced is that I had bright white bulbs and the new housing had stock bulbs. (I only noticed at night so have not said anything) Still, not a huge problem and everything else was done very very well. Staff was courteous the whole way through, Thank you

Just picked up vehicle today, so I'll need a few days to spend with the vehicle to offer my feedback on workmanship. However, Nybia did a fantastic job handling the estimate and her continued communication while the vehicle was in your shop. I give her 5 stars on customer service. Great employee!!

Nybia was my assigned estimator and I couldn't be more happy with her. She was the best. Plus the repairs to the vehicle looks as if the car was never damaged and straight out of the dealership. Great service from the estimator to the repair shop. I will differently recommend this place.

I have to say that this office is amazing!!! Everyone that works there is super nice, communications and updates about your car are definitely on point. And my car looks almost brand new, they did a great job! Highly satisfied, and wouldn't go anywhere else besides there.

Darren kept in touch with me throughout the repairs on my vehicle. I couldn't be happier from the way he treated me and what my car looked like when I picked it up. I remember bring my vehicles to Gerber when I was in Chicago . If I have to have any kind of repair work on my vehicles I will definitely bring it to Gerber. Darren and Brittany, THANK YOU!!!. Very good service, staff kept us informed of the progress of our repairs and were professional yet friendly, this was the second time we had used this location and came back because of out positive experience the first time. I would definitely use them again if I'm in need of collision repairs.

I could not have had a more pleasurable experience getting my car repaired. Nybia was on top of her game the entire time. She called me and updated the progress of my car every day she told me she would. She is obviously very good at her job, it definitely shows. Britney at the front desk was excellent and professional, greeting me with a smile every time i saw her. She helped me feel relaxed and that my concerns was her top priority.
