During the past couple years Gerber Collision performed two separate collision repairs for me. I have found Gerber to be a very efficient and well run organization in its repair work and in the processing of insurance claims. The repair work was excellent. All of the staff with whom I had contact were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of auto collision repair.

For being a large volume repair place I was highly impressed with the quality of the repairs. The paint match was perfect. There were some minor swirls from the final polish but that is to be expected. They easily were corrected by me. Th service by the employees was tops!

I was very pleased with the professional work done to repair damage to my Nissan Juke. Additional damage was discovered when the repairmen got into the guts of the damaged door, resulting in having to order an entire new door. Repairs were completed on time and the paint job matched perfectly.

I was in a fender bender on April 7 and had to have my car towed to this collision center. Never being in an accident before was not my only worry. I am in the USCG and was in transit to my next duty station out in Petaluma, CA. Of course, as you can imagine, going on a nationwide road trip and having your car inoperable within the first day can cause a little more than stress. Luckily there was a man there that took better care of me than I could have ever hoped. Darryl H. is an estimator there that not only gave me peace of mind but also got me back on the road with an attitude that I will never forget. Never before have I experienced such kindness and generosity from someone performing a service to me. Also never before have I felt that anyone showed as much enthusiasm while going above and beyond in customer service. He got me in and ... out so that I was able to make it back to my hometown in GA and wanted me to give him a call whenever I got there, just to make sure I got there safe....Honestly, I didn't show it but, I had tears in my eyes from the kindness and overwhelming compassion that he had for my situation. It is a great joy to know that there are still good people out there who genuinely care about another's problem and are willing to help out. I'm not sure how far this compliment will go but this man helped me to such an extent and touched my heart in the process. I think that he is exactly what anyone who works should strive to be like. I had the pleases of working with Mr. Darryl H. with my auto and glass repair this past week. He made sure that I understood everything about what was wrong with the jeep as to the damages that had accorded due to the accident I was involved in this past January. He answered any and all question that I had and made it every easy with working with USAA. I knew i could leave my Jeep there and it would be well taken care of and it proven to be true when more damage were found under the jeep when the bumper was taken off. (I was rear ended) He called me that day and told me what they found what they needed to do and still kept it within the original repair days. You have no idea how relieved I was when I not only found out that I would not have to ex stead the days on the rental car but that I knew I would be well taken care of by Mr. Hackett ... and the entire staff at Gerber collision and glass. They building was clean and easy to find. The staff was so pleasant to deal with and bared with me while i waited for my rental car to come pick me up. Staff was extremely courtesy, personable, and provided very quick and efficient service from review of my car's damage, providing me with the rental and the fixing of my car. When I went to pick my car up and I told the receptionist my name, another gentle within the establishment knew which car was mine from hearing my name and stopped what he was doing and immediately brought my car. Very impressive!

Excellent customer service! When I dropped off the car AND when I picked it up I wasn't there for even 5 minutes. Prompt response to updates. Carlos Cuevas was there both times, at drop off and pick up, and was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I will recommend anyone I know to your shop! Very happy with the whole experience.
