Not only did you beautifully repair my car, but you also vaccumed the inside, cleaned the dashboard and other places in the car, completely washed the car, and shined the tires. I wanted to thanks Carlos Cuevas for the excellent customer service that he gave me. The first time when I went to pick up my car and I had to leave my car to get some corrections done, he stepped up and offered me help and even helped me to move my personal belongings from my car to the rental car again. The next day he called me to pick up my car but when I couldn’t he told me to come on Saturday without any problems. On that Saturday when I went to pick up my car I wasn’t totally happy with the job done on the rear lamps, that’s when he went above and beyond to get the corrections done so I can take my car without more troubles (Even though he is not the adjuster assigned to me). He even stayed after the closing time with us . He explained what was the correction and the job done on my car and he told me to contact my adjuster or ... Gerber if I have any other troubles.
