I had a very pleasant experience with this shop. The estimate was quick, courteous and professional. Alan went out of his way to explain the repair needed and what options I could exercise. He was there to receive my car when I turned it in for repair and was there to show me the completed job, which was completed two days ahead of schedule. I couldn't tell anything had ever happened to the car. I will return if I ever need body work again and will recommend the shop and Alan to others.

This was the 2nd time I dealt with Gerber in the last month and both experiences surpassed my expectations. Thomas was extremely helpful and patient as we dealt with the headache associated with insurance! Most recently I dealt with Alan who was helpful, and VERY communicative. They completed the work quickly, my car looks great, and it was clean and has a full tank of gas! Hopefully, I won't be back soon, but if I do need collision repairs again, I will absolutely use Gerber.

I have worked with Angel at the Semoran Blvd location in Orlando for a few weeks until the collision damage on my car was completely repaired. Angel provided outstanding customer service and went way beyond his responsibilities such as assisting me with both the insurance and car rental companies several times. I want to say a special thanks to both Thomas and Alan for helping me with my sons car that was damaged in my backyard . I was storing his car while he is in Kuwait with the US Airforce. Thomas & Alan made time and worked me in their schedule. They did a great job and now when my son returns home his car will be as good as new. I was very pleased with my car repair and in fact, I almost did not recognize it, because it was so shiny and it looked like it was just washed. i just wanted to let you ll know when i received my car back from being repaired it was spotless cleaner than when i bought brand new. the shop was very friendly and the front desk represenative explained my repairs completely and answered any questions i had. just wanted to let you know about the outstanding staff there. due to the represenative and the person or persons that cleaned the car i will return and recomend this facility to people because of them.
