This is the first time I've ever had to bring my vehicle into a shop. Gerber's staff was friendly and informative from beginning to end. Donna and Tiffany made me feel like a valued customer as soon as I walked in, even the General Manager Tom made sure to personally make sure I was taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Angel and Tiffany were great very pleasant people angel looked at my car and it was fixed in less than 10 mins. They are very quick. Very glad that they where on duty at the south semoran store today. Saturday no less.

Excellent service and excellent personnel at this location. Not only was our car repaired very quickly and beautifully, but they also washed and vacuumed our car and it looked brand new when we picked it up. It is a 2012 Chevy. We would like to recommend Silvio V. as an estimator to work with.

I picked up my car today after Gerber Collision worked on it. The employees you have working for you are exceptional. Silvio was on top of everything and kept me informed, what a nice helpful, reassuring person. Tiffany was on top of everything faster than I could keep up with her. Jason helped me by calling my rental car office for me lowering my charges. They had gouged me & did not stand by their phone quotes. I first heard about Gerber from and friend, I called him asking if he knew of a good place I could bring my car and have my bumper pushed back in and that's when he told me about Gerber. He told me he had been there and had great customer service, and he defiantly wasn't wrong. I came to the S. Semoran location on a Friday told them I was recommended by a friend; they seemed very busy but right away I was greated very kindly and asked what I needed help with. I explained what had happen to my bumper and Jason the manager said he would get someone right away to look at my vehicle. I had some apprehension in using Geico's Xpress Repair service after my auto accident; in meeting Jason and the rest of the staff all of my anxiety was put to rest. Everyone explained what would happen as my car was getting repaired as well as the specific repairs. The updates came in every other day and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I was beyond pleased with my car upon picking it up and the service was exceptional. I'll recommend them to anyone needing glass or collision repair!
