I am absolutely thrilled with the service that I received! I dropped off my car at 7:30 a.m. to have my front bumper repainted due to cosmetic damage and eight hours later, my car is ready. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Very impressive service!! Although I hope I never have to use their services again (for obvious reasons), I would most definitely use them again if I needed bodywork done. If I know of somebody who needs their services, I will most definitely recommend them. Thanks to this service location for a wonderful experience!

The service was excellent. Although they ended up keeping the car one day extra than they originally estimated, they knew I needed to take it out of town the following day so they made sure it was done. I was extremely impressed all the way around starting with Tiffany who is up front and John who took care of the rest.

Everyone was awesome at Gerber on S. Semoran. They were kind and took great care of me. If I need any more work done I am definitely coming back to Gerber. And the staff Ms. Tammy, Mr. Jason, and Mr. Tom were all so nice and genuine great customer service!!!!!!!!!

I was driving to work and my rearview mirror had fallen down and I didn't know what to do, so I looked up local places that did autobody repairs. Not having much luck on finding someone who could repair the rearview, I had called the gerber national line and made the request and the lady over the phone mentioned they couldn't repair that. I took the chance of going to the gerber collision on Semoran it was close to my office. I got there and as busy as they seemed, the receptionist was very courteous and I saw how they were handling other's issues while I was waiting. The store manager, Tom, had come in and greeted me in a very courteous way to see if my car had been taken care of. When he found out what my issue was, he initially looked to see if he had a repair kit and said that he didn't have it but could order it to have it first ... thing in the morning. He decided to take a look anyway, and realized that he could have someone put it up, afterall. So he called one of his guys, Hung, to work on just gluing the rearview mirror up. They didn't even charge me and it was taken care of in minutes. I was really impressed with the courteous manner in which it was handled as well as the professionalism. I will definitely be back knowing it's not about just making money, but about customer service. Tom and Hung, you both are amazing!! Thank you again for you help. read more
