The service quality, professionalism, and speed in which I was given was amazing. After I filed my claim through the Geico mobile app last Saturday and it recommended this company, I immediately scheduled an appointment for 11/22/2017 @ 9:40am. I arrived promptly for my appointment and I was welcomed by Alice & Tiffany and they took care of my car immediately. Later that very same day the damage to my car was repaired and ready for pickup in the afternoon. I was totally surprised that this was done so quickly in 1 day and they notified me to pick up my car. The service provided by Tiffany, Alice, and the repairman (I didn't get his/her name) was phenomenal!!! I will definitely recommend this place to any who asks!!!

Your great reputation preceded and was proven! We have heard from several sources that you are the place to go to have a car repaired for body work. Customer service was excellent. We really appreciated that you have a text service that provides repair status twice a week. Also, we had an issue with being out of town during the potential pick up time and Alan M. at Gerber Collision and Glass on Semoran Blvd in Orlando, Florida took great care to make sure we were informed of the status of our car and when we could pick it up. When we picked up the car, he made us feel as if we were the only customer even though they were inundated by repair jobs as a result of Hurricane Irma. He is an asset to your company. Keep hiring great people like him. Thank you for the great customer service. We will refer.

From my first phone call until I drove away with my vehicle repaired, EVERYONE I dealt with was first class. Even though we had a power outage due to the hurricane and I had to reschedule, my van was repaired quickly in 1 1/2 days! Yes, I would recommend them to friends.
