Everyone was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Alan M. was a kind and efficient Estimator. He explained the whole process to me before hand and showed me all the work that had been done to repair my car. They even replaced a headlight bulb that had gone out way before the accident. Car was washed and cleaned inside when I picked it up yesterday. Great Service

After dealing with an unreliable repair shop I was so happy that my insurance company sent me to gerber instead. Alan M. talked me through this whole ordeal he was very informative, nice and attentive! My favorite thing was they kept me updated on my repairs every step of the way. I would absolutely go back to Gerber Auto Collision mainly because they are super fast! I was also very impressed by the work that was done on my jeep and even more impressed by how fast it was accomplished! I have never been happier to receive my brand new looking jeep ! Gerber Collision and Glass is the BEST place to get your car fixed. They have excellent mechanics like Justin L. and managers like Andy who watch out for their customers. I had a minor accident and needed auto body work on my new car. My insurance company sent me to Gerber. They fixed it quickly, completely eliminating all damage and matching the paint so that no one can tell where I dinged my car! Then I came back to have them look at the air conditioning in my old pickup. I had been told that I needed a new system by other repair shops and the price was more than the worth of the truck. After my pleasant experience with Gerber on my new car, I decided to return with my truck to see what they could do. For a small price they got my air conditioning blowing cold air again. I did a survey earlier that was in reference to my experience with Enterprise not Gerber Collision. I had a great experience with Tom and Tiffany at this location. My car looks great.
