They were the nicest people to work with. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. We would receive texts updating us on how things were progressing. Thankfully able to pick up 2 minutes before they closed for Thanksgiving. Detailed and even cleaned the inside of our car. They did all the arrangements with the insurance and rental car company which I appreciated.

I would recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends, because everyone was friendly and helpful and made the process easy.I was updated weekly regarding my HRV, while it was in the shop. I had a part on back order so they had my car for over 6 months. Valarie was trying everything to get my part in. I got my car back at the end of September and they did a great job. You can't even tell by looking at the car that there was body work done.

The Gerber location in Pen Argyl has handled many of our auto repairs. We have always had very good service and have been satisfied. If we had a question or needed follow-up they are very responsive and have provided top notch service to get any issue resolved.

Took car in Thursday afternoon. Based on the damage, I expected it to be ready on Monday. Received a text Friday morning saying the car was expected to be ready on Monday. Got a call Friday afternoon saying the car was ready. The work was done quickly and well done. I'm very happy with the Sandy Creek Gerber location.
