Great service, great communication. There was a hiccup in which one part needed for my repair were on backorder for months (related to a backup with the suppliers and completely unrelated to Gerber and a situation out of their control). Throughout the whole process, Gerber collision gave me regular biweekly updates on the status of my repair and responded to all my calls and questions in a prompt manner. They were also flexible with my request to pull the car out while waiting for the last part to arrive and they dealt with my frustration (what should've taken 1wk ended up dragging out for 1.5 months) with grace and professionalism. They did an excellent repair and my car looked like new when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They also made getting a rental easy as the local enterprise drops off ... and picks up cars at their shop. read more

I dropped my car off for a bumper repair, and the communication and service was amazing all around. The work came out better than I could've hoped for, and the complimentary services were an appreciated touch I was happily surprised with. The front end people were nice and took care of my services quickly so I didn't have to wonder about anything. The techs and mechanics made sure my car was well taken care of, again, going beyond what I expected or could've hoped for. They should be proud of the people that work there, as I would recommend their services to everyone.
