Collision repair went "smooth as silk" in all aspects - timing, result, being kept informed, availability for questions, hours of operation -what's not to like about Gerber? This was our second need for Gerber for collision repairs and both experiences were "over the top"!

Everybody was wonderful. They walked us through the process and explained everything to us. They were very polite and courteous. They worked with our insurance company so we didn't have to, this saved us a lot of time. I have nothing negative to say about the employees at this location. I would recommend anybody that needs repair to their vehicle to Gerber.

Their lovely Administrative Assistant greeted me when I arrived and offered me tea. Ken explained the necessary repairs and went over the paperwork with me. My repairs were done in less than 4 days and not the estimated 7 days. Great job on the repairs! My car looks new again! Thank you!
